The Gulf Research Unit is an integrated research programme based at the University of Oslo.
The program’s main goal is to create an interdisciplinary network of experts with the purpose of advancing the understanding of the interaction of political, social, legal, and economic conditions in the resource-rich countries of the Gulf region, and to provide Norwegian companies and authorities with an improved understanding of future risks and opportunities.
